I didn't mean to cause any confusion by posting a turbo shot of my bike for BoxerOtto, I didn't know he had a engine failure? Boxer what's the story?

Sorry I never saw these pics earlier, i have been busy with small engine season and holidays etc. I'll post a video soon of the bike riding, it's not bad, just never seem to have or make time to wring it out properly, kinda pathetic I know, all that time and money to finish. Great videos BoxerOtto, when I saw your helmet camera setup last summer I was thinking I'll have to set up something like that myself for a video, then I'll have to learn to download it etc. or ask the wife nicely and get her to do it. I'll see if I can find and post some pics I took when you were o...

I arranged with phoenix cycle in Langford to get the bike back in tomorrow (fri) to reinspect and attach new VIN tag, as I have already put the indacator lights in, just a couple LED lights in the back of the headlight bucket, then on the way home while the bike is still in the trailer I can stop at...

I had to, and maybe you need to, put a bleeder valve in your cooling system, I put mine on top of my thermostat housing, wich is the highest point of my cooling system to burp the trapped air out, I got the brass two piece valve from a auto parts store, lots of new cars use them.

How much boost are you getting from your AMR300? as you know I just installed one on my kubota d950 along with a turbo, I'm at 2.5 lbs boost right now, just waiting for a smaller pulley to bring it up a bit, just curious as to what your getting.

Re: Are these valves done for

A quick way to cheaply/not the text book way, to check valve seats is with the head assembled and off the engine is pour a little clean solvent etc. into intake and exhaust ports and if it leaks thru/past the valves, they are not sealing. from the pics some of the valve faces look a little suspect. ...
