How much boost are you getting from your AMR300? as you know I just installed one on my kubota d950 along with a turbo, I'm at 2.5 lbs boost right now, just waiting for a smaller pulley to bring it up a bit, just curious as to what your getting.

at 1 to 1 ratio i could make 12 pounds boost at 3800 rpm, now at 1.2 to 1 i can get 15 psi at 3600 or 17 psi at 3800. i havn't broken it yet, and it seems quite happy running so ya some playing around with that misting on the intake to lower boost charge temp, and i think it will be ready for the trip. what ratio are you running then? what direction did you go when plumbing? supercharger into turbo?

Hope you had a good trip home, it was nice meeting you and checking out your bike, very creative to say the least, I have the trans out of my bike already fixing the popping out of gear issue, it's a worn mainshaft shifter clutch, the shifting fork moves it side to side, engaging with a gear on either side, the edges are rounded off, making it easy to come out of gear. Parts on the way, be here any day, now that I rode it I can't wait to get riding daily. I will be picking your brain on how you have you water injection set up in the near future, so I can do a similar setup I think that I will be needing some cooling. cheers.

thanks for the invite and hospitality. I had a good all around trip, met lots of fantastic people, lots of good riding on incredible roads. rain and shine it was all great. I really put the little diesel through its paces. I really like the style and workmanship on your bike, your gonna have a lot of fun on it. your shop is awesome, and I would definetly come visit again. my injection system is still a work in progress and needs some refinements, but when it does work it works very well. I also need an efficient intercooler, more boost equals more heat and less power, very noticeable. I"ll try and get some pictures posted when I go through them all. good luck on the registration and shakedown of the bike. it was cool to have Canada's first unofficial dieselbike meet on the island, such a beautiful place. maybe we'll see some more in the future, you never know. keep in touch.

intercooler. works very well. still have to put a scoop over it ,but it sure makes a significant difference in air temp, and power.

Sorry I never saw these pics earlier, i have been busy with small engine season and holidays etc. I'll post a video soon of the bike riding, it's not bad, just never seem to have or make time to wring it out properly, kinda pathetic I know, all that time and money to finish. I like your intercooler set up, notice a difference?

Excellent job!

Assuming 15psi I would figure that 418 engine is probably making around 20hp? What are you speeds like?

He started with a 418 yanclone but it was bad. He has swapped to something else... looks to be an iron block. Kubota maybe? Z482

We're dealing with 2 different bikes in these pics. The one has a 418 clone and the other a Kubota D950. The earlier 418 fell victim to starting fluid and the strain of turbocharging, but now back in service`Both bikes now sport superchargers and intercoolers.

I didn't mean to cause any confusion by posting a turbo shot of my bike for BoxerOtto, I didn't know he had a engine failure? Boxer what's the story?
