Sadly I have my diesel project for sale. I'm moving soon and unfortunately it can't come with me.
I have pretty much everything needed to build the bike, except for whatever might need to be fabricated.
Engine:
Yanmar L100.
This is a real Yanmar, not a copy. It was fully serviced before I bought it and runs brilliantly.
It has a tapered shaft.
Donor bike:
Suzuki VL125 Intruder in silver. I figured since it won't be going fast, you might as well sit back and relax. Also I'm 6ft and I fit quite comfortably on the bike.
This is a rolling chassis. The only bits that are missing is the engine, wiring loom, carb and electronics. In other words all the bits you don't need when you want to put a diesel engine in it.
The bike is mostly in bits.
The bike comes with keys and registration documents.
I've measured everything carefully and believe the engine will fit without too much trouble. The bit of the frame in front of the engine might need to be moved forward though.
Gearbox:
Burman. I don't know the model number, but it is in very good condition. I've got the important part of the kick start, but not the gear lever.
