Been quietly keeping my head down and working on this thing (as I get the time) with a bit less time on the net. Heres a video I've had for a couple of weeks. Just got round to figuring out the software to cover up the numberplates of parked cars and whatnot. Next time I'll be sure to tape up plates or something cos the software route is a pain. Anyhow -
MOT over here is carried out by a government run DVTA. They are a bit funny about some things and lax about others but they always seem to look for the E stamp on the exhaust. Maybe I should put an E on the turbo

looking GRREAT!!! Sorry, couldn't resist the corn flake commercial reference.
careful about having the "Sch" and "Tiger" together. Might end up with leters switched to Sch-it-ger. My turbo diesel converted 78 VW Scirocco is called the Scit-rocco by my friends.
I also say use a gutted can or a baffled type that wont clog up with soot over time.
Thanks for that Heiko. I am pleased with how it runs although some awkward things left like routing the exhaust and connecting fuel lines to the plastic tank. I guess I will always be thinking of something to do, perhaps the project will go on forever. Dying to get it out on the road now. Of course I will get a walkaround and a bit of onboard video once I have done a little more.
It was very strange pushing the bike out of the garage into the evening sunshine with it ticking over. It seemed like it had taken on a new life of its own.
Wonder how a race would go. CVT vs Manual. 800cc vs 1000cc. Electronic vs Mechanical...
