So I finally bit the bullet and bought a Comet 94C pulley since I didn't want my whole project to be complicated by not being able to buy a CVT. Anyway, my engine (a Ruggerini MD 151) has a tapered crankshaft. The only 94C with a tapered bore has a 30mm bore. I guess I assumed that it would fit my engine. Well, the engine appears to have a 28mm dia. crankshaft. So...
Is there such a thing as a tapered sleeve with a 1mm thickness that I can put on my crankshaft so that my CVT pulley will fit. I'm pretty sure that I can't get a refund from a company that no longer exists:-) Thanks for the help.
Cheers,
Phil
