BNR Belt clutch change

Post by Stuart »

If you are considering converting your Royal Enfield primary drive to belt then you should know that the BNR clutch, previously 68 tooth, is now 70.
I found this out a little late in the day and had to work overtime to find belts/sprockets to use on the bike given that the distance between centres is unique.
If the formula I'm using is ok then I think I'm ok but I still may have to get a cog made/converted.
Stuart. M1030M1, Honda NC700S, Grom!, Toyota Corolla 1.4 Turbo Diesel. Favouring MPG over MPH.
