The 2016 Big Knock will be held on 27-30th May 2016. I've just got back from talking to the owner of The Wisborough and we are booked in for that Bank Holiday weekend
There will be a limited number of T-shirts available only at this years Big Knock Rally. 3 colours, Grey, Green & Blue will be on offer in most sizes except XXXL where only Grey applies. £10.
For the first time we will be offering quality Hoodies in Black for £20. These will be a 'made to order' item & can ONLY be pre ordered. Ordering window for Hoodies is now open for a short period prior to print run beginning.
Payment preferred via PayPal or Bank Transfer. PM us your name & details to receive back payment instructions. You can reserve for collection at rally too. PM size & name for payment details.

After having the bits laying around for 3 years, I finally started building my 'Yellow Peril' Replica! Mainly because my Son wanted a project so we decided to do it together. My doner Enfield is stripped and we should be tacking the Robin Engine Mount in place this weekend.
I think I have 95% of the parts. I would love to know the RAL number of the original. My best guess is 1003 Signal Yellow (mainly because I just powder coated my Lotus Elise wheels that colour!)
It may be touch and go, but I will aim on bringing it to The Big Knock!
Hi there
I am heading up from the Southwest (Shepton Mallet area ) to the Big Knock ,if anyone else is heading that way give us a shout!
Cheers Tim
Thinking out aloud, subject to the latest build behaving its self I can potentially lend a spare diesel bike for the BK event . Being realistic the offer would be subject to some limitations but if you’re in the Southwestish and the concept appeals get in touch
The bike is a Superdream fitted with Kubota 482 (500cc Turbo) manual box
Cheers Tim
I'm wondering if I can steel myself for a really long, boring and mechanically-unsympathetic motorway journey all the way down to the South Coast. Not like I don't want to meet you all, of course...

Just choose a more interesting route Mark, may take longer but the time will pass easier.
I'm a great fan of the Tom Tom option 'winding roads' since it was introduced on the iPhone version, I have found all sorts of lanes I never knew existed even on my doorstep. I think it's also on the latest Rider version too.
Paid a visit to the rally pub tonight. Everything on track for the event. We even have a new outside bar with some reasonably priced beer. The landlord would appreciate us using his bar during licensing hours but has no problem with us consuming our own out of hours. I think the key is to be discrete as always. BBQ's again are ok but no fires on the grass as we had someone do before. Toilets & showers are still in good condition being virtually new.
We hope to be in the field from Wednesday & have been discussing various local places to take everyone on the sporadic rideouts which will usually consist of breakfast runs I guess.
See you there

I'll be there Wednesday, somewhere in the afternoon/evening. I'll be getting off the ferry, (@Dover), around 12:00.
Shout/PM me if you want to meet up for the ride there.

Well it looks like Stuarts request for an improved weather forecast has been granted by the big fellow upstairs, I'll be leaving home just after rush hour tomorrow so should be on site in time for lunch.
Cheers Dave.
Thanks to everyone who attended & helped out with various things. We had many rideouts this year & covered the areas both North & South of the campsite.
Last night in the field was bank holiday Monday & we packed up a shipped out the morning after.

As some of you may already know, during my trip back home, I've been taken out by a tree in Belgium after refueling.
The good news is that I made it out with relatively minor injuries and am already back home. Mainly due to the efforts of BertTrack offering me an pickup and a place to spend to night.
My trusty old shadow on the other hand, I'm not sure about, it's still in Belgium and it bore the brunt of the impact.
I'll know more in 2 weeks time when it will be transported back to the Netherlands.
Otherwise I had a great time and hope to see you all again next year!
