Check this Rotek out - It looks like a better made version of the Punsun V twin engine, Made in Austria.
They also have the 12HP 460cc single available at a reduced price at the moment.

This might offer better build quality and reliability It uses Bosch injectors.

Very nice. I thought they were more expensive before. What I can't figure out is why they only offer these on ebay and not the watercooled twin

Maybe Rafael can hound them.
