12 hp china diesel offers

Hi, there are some new 12 hp chinadiesels offered on the (german) ebay.
The cylinder contens are equal to the notorious winsun engines, which were prone to a crankshaft-crack..
Will these be form the same factory, trying to hide their name? or made by a different company?
Does anyone already have such a specimen?

Exhaust and air filter are well made, who knows whether it applies to the internal engine. For sure they are overloading the original spec by 20% unless parts have been swapped.
