USA Heicko engine? ebay

This is nearly same engine as one Heicko often uses.... but 1800rpm rating. Not sure what it would take to upgrade it? Different IP?

Yes, the LDW 1003 is the engine Heiko already used in several bikes (Harleys and Triumphs).

This one on ebay looks like a version with reduced power output. The is a image of a plate on the engine that says is does only 10kW. That's 13,6HP.
