Looking to build diesel bike need info

I am looking to build a bike. I have many options of old honda bikes. I live in the USA and I was wondering if any one has any recommendations for a drive train. I would like to turbo it. Thank you for your time

I am actually looking towards a honda goldwing frame or a cruser frame. I want something that I can cruse long distance with. I didn't know if there were better options with European engines for smaller more powerful diesel engines. I also currently live in VA beach
