For those who know Gareth and his work at Gaz Custom Shack may be aware that he has been very unwell lately.
After a phone conversation with him today I have some good news and he is on the mend, although he has one more round of treatment to go through starting next week (apologies for being vague but I'm unwilling to post details openly).
On the downside he will be giving up the business and selling this off however he may still be persuing his passion for custom bike building in his own way on a smaller scale.
Over the years Gaz has made several diesel bikes including Toms little black lowrider, a Fiesta 1.6 diesel engined bhemoth, and an award winning Yanma & CVT equipped bike with the tax disk attached to the engine clutch.
Anhyoo I just thought I'd post this little nugget of info for y'all.
Regards
Dave

Cheers Dave. Nice to know he is doing a bit better than before. If the physical side of things is a bit beyond him these days perhaps he would be more comfortable imparting some of his considerable knowledge in places like this
Although, come to think of it, it might be stressful in other ways
Good to know things are looking up for him.
